Some companies run some very stick spam filets on there email addresses here you can apply to the companies bleow to add your self to there bulk sender allowed list.

UPDATE

For BT / Yahoo you can call a UK land line number 0808 1004332 which goes through to a UK call centre for the BT SMTP security team. They should be able to remove the blacklist for you (If you get somebody nice)

This test will list MX records for a domain in priority order. The MX lookup is done directly against the domain’s authoritative name server, so changes to MX Records should show up instantly.
