We support your staff
Psychology services for professionals
The Support System
Dr Melanie Claxton and colleagues provide psychological supervision, training and consultation to staff in people-facing roles.
One of the main reasons staff come to work in education, youth work and caring professions is the desire to make a difference. However, there is often a ‘cost to caring’ and burnout in these professions is high.
We find that staff who are well supported through regular supervision and relevant training can do their job more effectively. We primarily work with staff in education/schools, lawyers and those in legal roles, youth work, the care sector and ‘people-facing’ professional roles.
If you want to support your staff and prevent burnout then get in touch.
